    Two Mass of Gems not received....

    Hi I bought several mass of gems at once and unfortunately not all seemed to have been applied to my account...there are two which were missing....can you please rectify? Thank you in advance....

    I bought Gems today and 3 of the times I didn't get gems, I bought increments of $49.99, $19.99, and $9.99 and no Gems.

    I understand that you said he delivered them, I was asking when because nothing was added from the time I originally posted and your reply... I think maybe it was added to another person's account if that is the case.

    Again, this was never resolved... Your admin told me to go to Amazon, that they could not verify on their end...he never delivered the gems. And Amazon told me that since they processed and paid Ucool for these orders, they said Ucool had to resolve this issue. Now I have been patient all this while, but it's been two weeks now, and I'd appreciate these delivered to my account.
