Instructions on Enabling Watch Tower

If you have installed Watch Tower but are unable to claim daily gems, please go to Google Play and find a notice "Enable this item" and click it to enable Watch Tower.

Ive done that and I recieved my gems but now its not active again and I cant Enable it on the goggle page its been doing this for a few days now

It will not load

When I install it, I get a message to say it's now installed and Chrome shows it is enabled but when clicking on the claim gems button, I don't get the 50 gems and the message stays unless I close it. If I un-install Watch Tower, within 24h I can go through the same process and with the same results (3 or 4 times now)!

Please go to Chrome Settings and find Watch Tower in Extensions tab. And make sure the check box before Enabled is checked. If this still don’t work, please send us some screen shots of your Chrome Extensions tab by clicking Billing Support on the homepage and we’ll look into it for you.
