Failed to Update/patch crash

Logged in just fine this morning and was playing through crusade and a message popped up saying a new update was released and asked if I wanted to update. When I clicked to update, it took me to the patch screen and started downloading. About halfway through the download a message pops up and says "failed to update. Retry?". When I click retry it starts over and does the same thing. I tried closing out the game and reloading. I also tried uninstall/reinstall. I'm out of ideas, please help.

Same deal for me. I'm playing on a nexus 5. It downloads the update then says applying patch files and stops around file 650 and retrys.

Cant start HC either. Its stuck in the update... even tries to download more then needed 34,2/33,9MB and then i always have retry...
I have an Lenovo yoga 2-830F

PS: I will miss my Stamina-Boost now and cant start didggin'.

Same problem happening with me. Downloaded update just fine, when it goes to connect to the game server to patch in the update, it fails everytime.

Same problem here. Logged in fine until asked to update. Im using a galaxy s5.

Same problem. Heroes Charge HD version on Samsung galaxy S4 mini. On every retry it updates 34.x/33.9MB and it fails to update and a retry message pops up. Sometimes it says update successful, restarts the game and it starts over again.

Yes, just happened to me as well. Patch is stuck in an endless loop. Cant play the game - crusade reset will be lost.....noooo

Hey there,can't play the game either,i use a kata cellphone,work great usually but currently it only keeps restarting the update and occasionaly fails

Talked to some friends in a chat room and it looks like an android problem... but not sure
