Stucked on lvl 9 of crusade

Hello.
I'm playing on HTC One Dualsim, Android 4.4.3, account id 15560347. Today started crusade, with my heroes and 1 hero from guild (abbadon), went to lvl 9, and stucked on it, i passed that 1st time, lost 2 heroes, and after didnt got a reward, map was still on lvl 9, and chest after that wasn't active. Tryed that 2 more times, and still same result. Help me plz, best regards Dmitry.

And now, after 30 minutes, tryed to enter crusade once again, all heroes instead of 1 was alive, and lvl 9 was completed, but i dont get why 1 hero was dead

Sorry for the inconvenience. It's a display bug and it's rather rare that we are still not be able to address the problem. Usually you can fix it by ending the game process and restarting the game. Thanks.
