    Monthly card bought but gem didn't recieved

    Purchased monthly card yesterday but didn't received gems please check it and solve it asap

    Well i havs same problem i pay a monthly card yesterday and it Said it succeeded and it took monney from me but i didn't got anything just lost monney for nothing
