Ninja accuracy nerf?

I've been using ninja since he came out, but I just started noticing a couple weeks ago that he's missing attacks ALL THE TIME, even when the hero he's attacking doesn't have any dodge (war chief, for instance). There was no mystic or panda or any other hero on the other team who could have placed a negative accuracy debuff on him, but he missed 4 attacks in a row on 70 war chief (who has no dodge).

Was there a balance change that I missed that made ninja have reduced accuracy to the point where he can miss against any hero? Have any other ninja users noticed it?

He has always had low accuracy unfortunately. He was considered overpowered in he Chinese version of the game, and thus ours is a bit more balanced. I guess the goal is to maximize his crits to counteract his lousy accuracy.

Agreed, his damage is great in raids. He is also great at directing enemy attacks in the wrong direction.

he is great to fight Magic Team since all of mage dont have Dodge , and Mystic Blind usually gone when Ninja started his US

Yeah but their aoe will kill him before even doing his ult. He is useless except in raids

he is "almost" useless in arenas, can be interrupted, killed, countered very easy

If you watch only damage... I think you didn't understand this game. Ninja is useless in any defensive team because too easy to counter. In offensive team he can be use, but an other time, every good player are thinking about his backlane when he build team, and in according to the number of easy counter against him, you can find something in defense to protect all your teams without problem.
