    Unhappy Device transfer issues

    My game kept crashing on iPad 1st gen. Kept trying to play though. Became unbearable had to quit.
    Dropped level 51 VIP 2 account to start anew on wifey android phone. Got to level 31 but wanted the perks my level 2 had gotten me and had less time sharing phone. So when offered an iPhone, bought it thinking the game would transfer from original iPad to new iPhone. Long story short game center does not recognize my saves and I cannot play my original save on iPhone. I may have to stop playing if I can't resolve this soon. Please help

    Will I get a response? Not sure if support has weekend hours. I have all account numbers and server info. As a daily player I feel like I am missing out as I cannot play as intended.

    I would love to transfer original account with vip2 to my current iPhone account. Tried many times through game center only to be greeted with no save file found. I really enjoy game but am losing patience. Love to have my fallen dominion from account number 2(android) transferred as well.... For pain and suffering.

    Thank you for response. Hope not all said and done though. Really hope you maybe in process of fix because now my original vip2 account seems lost. It seems my new account team lvl 4 has overwritten the team lvl 51. I hope this is not permanent.
