So I'm a little bit behind others on my server so I wasn't able to finish hard mode. The demotion button allows you to go back for free. If start your second raid you can't click raid to finish it off which kind of sucked cause I waited to long and wasn't even able to finish normal mode as I had wasted to many heroes off the bat. I just chalked it up to a learning experience.

Anyone have experience with hard mode at around level 65 to 70? I don't have DB yet, will be another week before I save enough for SS, exp, and gold for skills. I do have the regular crusade team, DM, FM, Mystic, Com, OC. Also have DK for what it's worth.

cleared it dm oc mystic chap db(3* rest 5*). db dropped ultimate most of times in front so there aoe dmg still got to my heroes ... i guess cw instead of db should work too.

I tried but Comm's stun always hits him and the cookie cutters cut about half of his hp in 5 seconds. He can regain it, yeah, but it's much more risky than using DB.

Went Mystic, Chap, DB, OC, DM
all 5 star and orange (except Mystic) and finished 15/15.
Used only first stage a tank to save dm life...

got soul hunter + 30SS

apart from this its double crap item, hard mode is worth it for the gold, not really for the items. Too bad theyh madde double instead of better items (like no white nor green, only blue and sup)

I'm happy enough with the double gold tbh. The rest are just bonus.

I'm 65, cleared it today with a mix of DK, OC, DM, Chap, Mystic, Phoenix, CW, LG. I spent the first 4-5 rounds getting energy for different heroes and then just changed them up when I needed someone. I didn't lose any heroes.

Finis hard mode 15/15:

Strategy:
On the 3 first round I used 15 heroes (just in case) to save a maximum of mana
From round 4 to 14/15 I used that team:

Chaplain(3*)-DiseaseBringer(3*)-FrostMage(5*)-OldCurse(5*)-DeathMage(5*)
All p+4 except death bringer p+3

At round 14 I found my hardest opponent (only 1lvl higher than mine 86) and I lose FM and OC because I was too lazy to use retry function and had 13 heroes ready to beat the last team.

Combat strategy: I used chaplain ulti only when needed (5-6times), Db ulti only after the end of Oc or at the beginning is Oc ulti is not ready. For the others heroes its like before. If fm,oc,dm ultis are ready I crash the opponent team.

Hard mode wasnt so hard but when you see your life bar dropping chaplain is here to make you smile

Btw, I just got 60 Brute SSs from one drop in Hard lol. At 66 I did it easily today. I'm sure it will just get worse

That's good and all but would be good not to promote that Hard crusade is rather manageable. Don't want to see any nerfs! Other than that looking forward to try it tomorrow!
