    Did not get gems

    I've purchased 9,99 gems pack but i did not receive any gems at all. I also purchased one monthly card and one 4,99 gems pack but those purchasing do not appear in my purchasing history on ItunesStore but the money is gone. Please help me ASAP

    Dear admin i tried to purchase another monthly card but it does the same thing as the other. I did not receive anything! I cannot believe this is possible. There are people willing to spend money on your product so please answer me ASAP.
