I can't update new patch since yesterday

Can't update the game since yesterday, always fails at around 90% load. please help! thanks

I am having same dam problem. Have not been able to play since last night! I get 95% of download then says failed to connect to server. What is going on?

i have a same problem, first time i download new patch at app store, after update that patch, i open heroes charge app then it's says downloading 0.0%/28.6 mb
but its cannot downloaded and thats note is "Failed to update thegame.retry now?" how i can solve this problem?

Have you tried closing the app (tap home key twice, swipe to the app, swipe it off) close it, then restart phone and try. Unless it's an issue on the server end it should refresh it else it's server side.

There were some bandwidth issues during our last update (More than 20G bandwidth consumption for less than an hour), and it should be working now.

not fixed, i try and try again for download that, almost 2 days i dont play heroes charge

I got the same problem... Stuck at 95%... I got a good wifi connection.. What seems to be the problem? Do i need to reinstall the game? vip player here..

Finally I managed to update the patch completely. Apparently my wifi connection, which is super fast, stopped updating when it reaches 95%. I switched to cellular connection and the update went well.

Same here. Been trying for hours. I got fine connection. I even try to reinstall the game on my ipad but still the problem presist. I install the game from my samsung note 2 and the same problem occured. I am so dissappointed with this and seems so no solution from ucool.sigh.

Oh and also I try to go to my neighbours trying with their connection and still cant finish the last 2mb of the update lol.

The data service we were using was not working well that if your connection speed was not good, you would get the error. And it should have been fixed by now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
