Have Not Received Gems during Events

I have bought the Heap of Gems for 7.99 pounds but have not received my gems or vip points. Furthermore, I have bought this during the event for red envelopes, spring festival, and purchase rewards. I also expect 200 gems worth of red packets, 15 ember blade ss, and 25% extra gems. Please fix this as soon as possible.
