"Best" changes on what you are doing, rest of your team, and what you are facing. Honestly, if you pick 2-3 of those 5 to focus on, you'll be fine... which 3 doesn't really matter. Personally, I'd pick panda, Ironhoof, and Admiral (I love her legendary), but like I said, all 5 are popular for a reason.

not seen warriormonk good as tank in any way. maybe as offtank he is as good as Psychopath.
Deathknight is good too paired with Sapper.
Another possibility is Vanguard warrior when ur second hero has an awesome ultimate and survive the initial dmg
Agamerjes suggest to stick to 3 tanks which is a good point although i would not pick ironhoof AND admiral since both pretty much do the same. Meatshild without dmg while IH survives little longer and admiral offers maybe an aoe stun.

ofc, i usually skip warmonk team with oc and phoenix on cave.

I'm not sure IH survives longer than Admiral mate, at 90 full equip full enchant there's a difference of 3k hp and 100 physical defense in favor of admiral (IH has 40 magical defense more). Besides, Admiral deals an honest damage, much more than IH whom only utility I see is the shield.
Who says monk isnt a good tank ? I bet their team level is below 80.
Which 3 really depends on what other heroes you have at level at the time. Different compositions, different synergy and all that. Panda/IH/Admiral works for me, because of what else I have at level, but I wouldn't suggest it for everyone else. Generic advice is just that, generic. Their milage will vary.
Warrior monk is the usual "debated" 5th member of that short list, I know that. Still, I see him enough end game to keep him on the list. As you said, he shines the best with proper support. Depending on your hero stable, you can trade him with Psycho in the 5th slot "best tank at 90" and still be right. End of the day, nearly every hero needs a proper team composition to truly shine, so I don't hold it against Psycho or War Monk.
