Monthly Card Price Error?

Hello,

i took a look at the monthly card this morning and was close to buy it .
The Price is 2.99USD but i live in Europe so it calculate it to 3.11 Euro.
Is there a mistake because the exchange rate is 0.88 from USD to Euro?

Dear Leader
As of 1 January 2015, all purchases are inclusive of VAT in EU countries from where the customer belongs, regardless of whether uCool is based in the EU or outside (we're in California). Google Play and the Apple App Store calculate this along with any currency conversion off our base listed price which we haven't changed.
