Iron Hoof and Arena team Question !

So im just wondering that IH is great with Mage Teams..
but what IF i put him into physical team? consist VS, AS,LS, Commando?
will he be as good as in Mage teams?
and i have an idea about pairing him with Panda, is it a good idea? (don't have panda yet, cant try it )

    Thanks

His shield is a good counter to commandos stun/haste so you could try to switch commando With another hero depending on enemy setup if Hoof is tanking ur physical team =)
Personally I dont like double tank setups but u can try hoof, panda, leaves, vs, as or switch panda With mystic since u want the blind to protect sapper. Or maybe try shaman if u have him

iron hoof as a front line for the common physical team (shadowleaf, commando, etc) isn't that great because iron hoof does like 0 damage.
i find panda and war chief better.

IH is a sturdy tank which helps to buy time for mage team to charge up their ulti. Also, his kick if successful will push and group enemy team together. This scenario turns out to be extremely favorable for FM ulti.

In physical team setup, i dont need to buy time. Just want to kill off my oponent as fast as possible; hence WC, Panda, or even BW is more preferable.

Just talking from my own experience

    I dont get it,
if the enemy team stand together, FM US does more dmg?

yes, her ulti got splash dmg so every hit hits more then 1 hero if they are close, and it will allso bounce from one to another, so if they are close it will do much more dmg..

tbh the iron hoof ulti isnt that good for FM, very rarely it will work well because iron hoof will allso bounce back and they will both walk and meet in the middle...
for the cause of grouping ur enemy it is much better to use venguard warrior

I think Iron Hoof might work really well with likes of Hidden Needle and Hattori Hanzō, because he can buy them enough time to unleash their ulties, and once they do it's most likely a win for your team.

Also, Commando can be skipped in a team with Iron Hoof for a healing support(Shadow Shaman) or a crowd controller.
