2 gem purchases, all gems recieved, one reciept recieved and vip points for only one

Last night I decided to buy enough gems that I could do the crusade twice a day so I bought 2 packages that totalled the 10000 gems needed. I received all my gems no problem and spent them happily on chest and got a bunch of new heroes. I only received a receipt for the smaller £15 purchase and only the VIP points from the smaller purchase as well. I bought them in very quick succession so wondered if this caused the problem. All I want is my receipt of order and the VIP points to come through like the gems did. I haven't seen anybody else post this problem anywhere.

I bought the gems around 4.30am GMT and I know there was an update that didn't roll out too well. Is it possible something with the update caused it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm now sat £55 out of pocket and although I appreciate the gems, I wanted the VIP status more.

    Thanks
    Flagg

    misleading and uncool

I have answered my own question and now realise the basic gems contributed to VIP are completely unrelated to anything. You have gem packages for a set amount of gems and you get a VIP bonus %. Naturally as many people assume the basic gems are the gems bought not including the bonus %. But for some reason uncool have decided to ignore the size of the gem package and add another number in there the is unrelated to your purchase which is the basic gems. The gems and VIP points system is grossly misleading and a great many people seem to have suffered at the hands of it. I will not be supporting this game anymore as I feel it is merely fooling people into paying vast amounts of money for nothing.

Using the actual gems bought value as the VIP contribution and upping the contribution needed would make far more sense or replacing the term basic gems for VIP points would even be an improvement as then at the same terms aren't used to describe a myriad of things. All uncool have done is word it to be intentionally misleading and the moment anybody can prove it is intentional then they are liable for a lawsuit from a great deal of people.

    Dear Leader
Sorry for the inconvenience. We reduced the price for 2 to 3 times and we also added some one-time special offers that in order not to affect old users. We came to this kind of solution which is fair to our old users. Thanks.

    Best Regards
    Betty
