    Monthly Card Problem

    Dear Ucool,

    Yesterday January 17,2015 i bought 2 monthly cards worth 5.89 USD. I did'nt recieve any kind of gem or vip as of today January 18, 2015 also that i did'nt recieve the 120 gems today please review my problem and here is my info. Thank you for your help
