    purchase for monthly is not working

    ok i manage to buy a monthly card using my dad's mastercard

    and i said i will only use 2.99 dollar


    my first click of purchase was successful and it says "purchase success"

    but didnt receive any gems or vip at all

    then i tried to click purchase monthly again but didnt get any vip or gems at all

    and when i look at my itunes purchse history

    i found out that i got charged for 2 monthly card

    how to cancel my second purchase? its not my fault at all because i thought it didnt work cuz ucool didnt give me any vip or gems at first click or purchase even though it says "purchase successful"

    please help and also i still didnt get any vip or gems

    BTW my account ID is 1602891 server is psychopath and lvl78

    i got 2 purchase please cancel the second bacause this mastercard is not mine

    im so sorry if we have misunderstanding but i dont know where to find "order receipt (or invoice) email"

    where to find it? i only know where to find purchase history

    I use indosat billing, also dint receive my monthly card

    You will receive an email from Apple after each iTunes payment. That very email is the receipt(or invoice) email. Please check your email box and see if you have received that email. Our admins needs that email to verify the order. Thanks.
