Outland portal difficulty ll quest issue

Today I completed robot fighter difficulty ll but the quest not mark as completed. Same thing happened yesterday after completing burning phoenix, raged blood, and northern dragon on difficuly ll, I cant claim my first time quest reward.

But the first time difficulty l reward sucessfully claimed wihout any problem.

Thats because you did outland portal I and II in a row. You have to do difficulty I then claim the reward and only after claim the first reward you can do outland portal II.

FYI, I do difficulty ll first, then I check the quest not completed.

Same problem, you did outland II but the quest was "achieve outland I" thats why you didnt unlock the reward for oultand II. I know this is a bad thing but one quest replace the second one and it doesnt work like campaign reward sorry.

i did the same mistake before..
its not a bug..

Step 1: Defeat difficulty 1.
Step 2: Take the reward in Quest.
Step 3: Defeat difficulty 2.
Step 4: Then u got the reward.

If u skip step 2, u will only get the first reward.
But still, the reward is there for you the next day.
So, no worries
