Help, I never receive my gems !
Hello,
On December 15th I purchased a Golden Package of Gems and on December 16th, I purchased a Cloth Sack of Gems and Monthly Card. I`ve sent 3 emails about this issue through in game support tickets, but since after 2 days waiting I still haven't heard back I`m starting this thread. So here is the first email I sent:
"Hello,
I've sent an email about this earlier, but I feel like I should send a more complete version. As stated before, I purchased a Golden Package of Gems, Cloth Sack of Gems and a Monthly Card. As I was reading through the events, I saw that some event were valid only until december 16th. I wanted to send a more complete version of the email just to enphasize that I DID MADE THE PURCHASES ON DEC 16TH, therefor those event rewards should apply to me. They are:
1- On a purchase of $4.99 or more, you get Vanguard Warrior Soul Stones.
2- On a purchase of $4.99 or more, you get 30 Ice Mage Soul Stones, 1 Metal Element and 5 EXP Salves.
3- For the first purchase you make, the gems you get will be doubled ( that excludes bonus gems ). The first package I bought was the $99.99 one, so thats 3.000 basics gems that need to be doubled.
I need help solving the problem.

After that, I received an email asking for a screen shot of the purchases. So I took a screen shot of my iTunes purchase history, where you can see the order number and date of purchase. So here is the second email:

That screen shot shows that the first purchase I made was the Golden Package of Gems ($99.99) on Dec 15th. And the other two purchases (Monthly Card and Cloth Sack of Gems) were made in Dec 16th. Hope that solves the problem.

After that, I got no response after two days. Still waiting my gems, event rewards and VIP status. As you know I`m losing each day I`m without a VIP status. Please help me as soon as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience that our system missed your order. Would you take a screenshot of your iTunes Receipt email for each orders please? We need that one to manually confirm and deliver your order as soon as possible. Thanks.
