    Exclamation Monthly card purchased issue

    Hi!

    I have purchased Monthly card and succeeded as the image attached but I received no gem and my account did not change after purchasing.

    Please check what happen with my ID 4161418 sever 28.

    i've purchased monthly card earlier.. the billing is good and ok but it does not purchased on the game...

    bought 2 x mth card but no status or bonus gems.

    hi,.

    theres an error . i got 2 mthly cards while purchasing but no vip status and no bonus gems. just 300 each.

    can u refund one and restore my vip.?

    Dear Betty,

    So, on Dec 18th I purchased Monthly Card for the first time but did not succeed so I tried for the 2nd time and also failed,

    On Dec 19th I tried for the 3rd time and still no gem for me

    However, since I have no time to play any more so I have to stop playing HC. Therefore I need a refund for these 3 purchases.
