I didnt receive arena rewards

I have Arena Reward issue.
I didn't receive arena reward today but I only receive the top arena reward. I do not understand this. Please help me.Please check this my problem.

Arena reward,
I had a fight, my rank was 4,500( not exactly this number) the other guy rank 1,500. I winn and no reward.

Same here and this is the second time. My replay shows I won and the game says I lost. What's up with that? Grand Arena

mines the same way, everytime i win on the arena, i get no rewards even when i have to defend myself & i win.

You can only get record rewards for Arena, not in GA

I have a bug with arena! I won a battle but in repeat I lost, and I didn't up in rank! please fix it!

I also didnt recieve my rewards, even after the countdown time has passed, i tried inviting more friends but it still wouldnt work. I already have the heroes but it worked first time but second and third time wouldn't work.

I contacted customer support the reply was "that they will check the accounts and deliver it directly to my account" but they are doing nothing. So please fix it. If you want the evidence that it doesnt work i can deliver it to you.
