How did you go from making axes and hatchets for friends to building a full-fledged business with multiple workshops and a team of 22 craftsmen? What challenges did you face while expanding and ensuring the quality of your tools?

It all started with a passion for blacksmithing and a leap of faith. I was crafting axes and hatchets in my small workshop, but the support of my father encouraged me to take it further. Over time, demand grew, and I had to scale up. We moved to a larger workshop, added more craftsmen, and expanded into creating knives and leather goods.
