Duplicate Charges

I started playing on a new server and wanted to buy some things.

Unfortunately I have been charge twice for some of the items. These where all on the 9th of December 2022.

I emailed Ucool who said contact Apple. Apple said they can't refund. How is it fair to be charged multiple times but receive the item once?
