    Unhappy Double billing problem

    Hello everybody,

    Décembre 12 i bought 2 packs € 89.99 but only one was credited
    I send requests on support & private message to the administrator but no response ...
    I begin to wonder it's a joke but it's not funny :/ ...
    Can you help me please because I am disturbed in my level up.

    I apologize for any inconvenience. In this case can you help us by providing the receipt screen shot and the confirmation email from iTunes for the one you got double-billed? Thank you for your help in advance.
