    Billing Issue

    I got trouble in purchasing gems. I bought twice for 99.99 usd package but the first purchase i didn't got any gems and the second purchase i got the gems. So, please fix my issue, i already sent in-app email but i would like to confirm my issue on this forum again.

    My account id is 5449440
    My ign is meawjr
    My server is 38, Altroth

    In this case can you help us by providing the screen shot of the one you didn't get credit for? Please be note that we actually need a receipt and confirmation email from iTunes store/Googleplay, not a simple payment history.
