Purchase failed

So i tried to buy some gems but i think that i didn't had enough money then , and now i can't attach my card to my apple account . Also today i put some money on my card but they were gone minutes after... and in my purchase history this keeps showing(second picture)

edit: I recieved my gems , but in the purchase history isn't any change

Also i recieved the receipt , but in itunes purchase history it doesn't appearing
