what you guys need is an easy-to-fill form when all the users can input their entry easily and you cant manage the info without problems.

This is the spreadsheet I will be working on, I dont have time to do it currently. Anyone can comment and I'll update as soon as I can.
I dont exaclty know what "can comment" means but I assume that means u can just comment on it and I can approve comments, etc.
