outland is at wrong time in india

The outland feature in game opens at 5am in india. Which is very very early
This shows that u r not focosing in indian players
We love this game. Because this game have a dota touch in it and thats why we like this game

Kindly change timing of outland feature for all indian players. Like at 9 am or above time

Every Country is the same.
The Outland Portal feature opens "24 hours" from "5:00 am (morning) to 04:59 am (next morning)"
So, you can play it at "9 am or above time" just like you said.
No need to change any "Timing". right??
