    Can we do something about the "You've been disconnected because someone login with your account. Please make sure your account info is safe" for android devices? I play on my tablet when home but my phone everywhere else, both devices are Android and account linked to Google+ on both.

    I get this message every dang time I login with the other device!

    I hav one question, i open another google account in my android phone so i can be vip. How can i transfer my recent game account to my new google account?

    ear (Ember) admin, i have problems

    about bind message that always show up when i starting play the game

    the problem is i played HEROES CHARGE and HEROES CHARGE HD in 1 device

    how could i keep play both of them?

    im affraid when i click yes my HEROES CHARGE HD data will loss T_T

    The normal version and the HD version should be separated. Make sure you link two Google+ accounts to the two versions.

    We are having problems to connect Heroes Charge to our "google account". We always receive the same message saying that there's an internet problem. But actually, there is not. That's a bug from the game. Please fix it.

    got the same problem with heroes charge HD, but it works in heroes charge...

    lost my acct

    I have a big problem. binding msg always appear on my acount nickname smpsega1 lvl44. I just always cancel it. Then my nephew access my phone then play the game. Then he press the ok in bind. Know my old acct lvl 15 have appear. Any possibility i can retrieve my new acct lvl44 tnx in advance for helping me

    If I link my account from iPhone to Tablet will I be able to play on both devices or will my iPhone account disappear?

    You can have as many devices as you want.

    do I understand correctly that once an account has a team higher than level 30 OR purchases gems....it cannot be linked to another device?

    I do not know but code lasts only for. 2 minutes. After that it is useless. So permanent or not does not make any difference after these 2 minutes.

    Wyrmwrath This is not true. You can link unlimited devices whenever you want. Go to first, mark it as old device, get the code, go to 2nd device, mark it as new device, enter the code and voila! Do it as many times as you want.
