I'm getting new phone soon (iphone 6) so is it possible to play with the old save when I get the new phone or do I have to start all over? I'm currently playing with iphone 3g.

Yes, you can play your Heroes Charge game progress on your new iPhone. Please login Game Center on iPhone3G and run Heroes Charge once to link your account to Game Center. And on your new iPhone, please login the Game Center first before the first time you run Heroes Charge. And you can continue playing your current account. Thanks.

I play HC both in Iphone and Ipad and sometimes it interupt me with the notice "some one has log in your account..." when I play either with Ipad or with Iphone.
Could you please guide me how to solve this?

Please try end the Heroes Charge process from the multi-tasks. In ios8, you can check your multi-tasks by double clicking the Home button. Thanks.
