No gift hero from 10* gold chest
I think have been cheated by them today, I use 2590 diamonds to open 10* gold chest but there is no gift hero as it is said except a bunch of soul stone. I don't know anyone else had the same experience, I just want to ask for a refund of my diamond.

Thanks for your feedback. I know if there is hero in my account, it will convert into 7 soul stones. But AT LEAST I should get one real hero which is mentioned in the gold chest bulletin, right? However, I got nothing but the soul stones. For me, the 10* gold chest opening is the most exciting part of the game and I believe that many players also think so. We collect diamonds for the moment of opening the 10* gold chest for a long time and it is also the reason we purchase at least the monthly card, but there is not any hero. It really let us feel down and turn the 10* gold chests not so valuable if there is not at least one hero.
By the way, I have more than half of heroes left to get (you can check my account) and there is no way I can't draw at least one new hero.

Thanks for your feedback, but it only ensures that you get one hero, it does not ensure you get one new hero. We will although consider your feedback.
Gold chests are only good to new players,any active higher levelled player won't waste gems on this as its pointless
got you. But I am just wondering how some players get grand arena heroes like monkey or death mega before they reach level 60? Are they just really really lucky?
It's worth the risk early on cause no matter what you get you prob can use but later on when you have 40 plus heroes at your dispense then odds are you will get rubbish,ucool needs to address this as 2500 gems is serious real money on a phone game,not just heroes but you should be getting a 3/4 orange gear at the minimum

uCool copied other people's code and app already infringement of copyrights, since you do not have the license of the copyright you have no rights to reject refunds since it's not your product. Therefore whatever policy you have stated are deemed as useless.
That is actually Apple appstore's policy.
Lilith used Blizzard's characters without license, they would have no rights to do business as well. If you think so you would never play such game because such games has no legal rights to exist.
Then they should just remove the apps and take down their server now because they have no rights to do business ^_^ since they don't want to refund, we don't want anymore victims to pay them to sustain their legal fees
