    Wow they deleted my reply because im right

    I requested this refund when they clearly had no question asked refund policy so they should process my refund

    they waited 10 days to have time to "change their policy" then answered me saying no refund policy

    i didnt say it was shit... lol i said sheeeeeet this server cracked its most players this easter, not this server is sheeeeet, a 5 min DC doesnt bother me. = why so much hate?

    I purchased three monthly cards I purchased the second and third one not realizing that the purchase 'worked' and a 300 gem pack and I haven't recieved any of it... I am starting to think I am being scammed for my money. I would A like what I bought or B get a refund for what I haven't received.     Ciao a tutti.. scusate se mi intrometto.. ma a me oggi e sucesso che con il telefono ho caricato 25 € , e quando andavo a comprare le gemme (quelle 9.99 €), facevo l'ordine e tutto il resto mi dava errore. Le gemme non mi sono arrivate e io ho perso i miei 25€ non so ditemi voi.. grazie

    They don't give refunds unless they doubled charged you on accident
