Dont remove the heroes in shops/crusade/guild/arena, each of them has uses, if u know their potential u can create good team formation. Just add them plz

Gold Chests
I've been some gold chests now I then, but I realized that the gold chests always gives me crap like lulithan's toothpick and 3 useless hero soulstones. Could the devs change this? Its really frustrating, and is the only thing that makes me feel like not cashing.
