Help!

I installed this game earlier on my ipad1 (yup the oldest of all the ipad) and while playing the app suddenly closes. Been playing for few hours now and every now and then it still closes. I dont experience it on my phone, Samsung S4, so is it my ipad not being compatible? Please help

Sorry for the inconvenience. The game consumers much memory that it may drain out the memory on your iPad easily which makes the game crashed. Please try end as much processes as you can before running the game on your ipad. Thanks.

I also have this problem, when I go in a Campaing doesn't work, but in Trials or Time Rift it works, I have Android 5.0 (maybe it's a problem with that??) and LG Nexus 5 (most likely could not drain out the memory), I can't play sometimes because of the crash. Can you give me a hint regarding this? (I also ended all the processes but still the same thing)

PS I m playing on the same mobile device since I started playing Heroes but just a day ago started this thing (After I updated the android, everything went well and didn't had this problem)
