    I'd like to request a refund for everything ever purchased on my account. After being unable to physically play the game due to bugs and a refusal to merge my account with a new one I'd like to request my entire VIP14 is refunded.

    Late last night while working, I mistakenly sold 148 (of my last 4 star 150) Savage One soul stones during a mass-delete. I was in auto-sell mode after a couple weeks of storing them up from chests, etc. Is there any chance I could get these returned?

    I'd chalk it up to me being stupid and not ask but Savage One stones aren't one of the easier ones to get.

    You can remove the Soul Shop points. They are there unspent! Heck, take all of 'em, I wouldn't care.

    I'm a very active member and would be super grateful if you guys could help out correcting my stupid mistake.

    Been paying and playing for a year, got a shocker today opening single chest for daily end up burning 2,500 gems, might be a touch screen problem. Pls return the gems as it is very painful to loss so much for nothing, more so i paid for it. Will give up playing if this is not possible.

    I would like to get a full refund for all the gem purchases i have made when i started the game a few months ago to support the dev team.
    I am very unhappy with the current state of this game, i do not like the new characters models and gameplay changes at all.
    Adding to this that the app randomly closes without any reason (android) after the 2 last updates wich is very annoying.

    I have 12.000 gems ready on my account and it would be okay to permanently close the account, chances that i'll return one day are extremely low.

    I bought poisend one today for $50 and again for $10 but the $10 didnt work so i tryed it again and it worked but on my bank acc it says that i bought it twice but i only rechieved it once is there a way to get my money back or get the gems plz ty let me know have a nice day
