I do not wish to play this anymore, as the game keep crashing on my phone. It happens almost every single battle which removes a lot of the joy I usually get from playing games. Hello there, Ucool Team!
I am sad to bring this plea for help to your doorstep, but it is of outmost urgency.
I have, through the time playing Heroes Charge, spent a rather large amount of money on gems and I was satisfied with that.
Until, my game started crashing. ALL the time. I can barely go through a battle without the application shutting down (Freezing, throwing me out of the game to the home menu etc.)
At first I thought that the next update would fix it, and it would be allright, but it hasn't.
Therefore, I would like to collect a full refund, as the joy of playing your game has worn off by the unavoidable blackouts and shutdowns.
I hope that you will take your time to assist me in this matter, and I will be eternally grateful.

My game is crashing too. I can stay like 1-2 Minutes in the game, make a fast action -> crash -> restart. Insanely annoying. I tried to reinstall it, did not work.

Hi, i would like a refund or server transfer of my purchases. I started playing by some friends recommendations and i gotta say I'm enjoying a lot the game, but since we started playing in different days we are all in different servers, so we decided to everyone start again in a new server, the thing is i made some purchases in server 96 thinking that when i change to a new server with my friends i would receive the purchases i had made in that server as well, since in the moment u make the purchase you are not informed that those purchases are only for that server. So i would like a refund or my purchases transferred to server 103, the new server I'm going to play.

This game is far too glitchy and I have come to find that the servers are full of partial or complete refunds. Please refund all purchases.
I was under the impression when I began this game of a level playing field. After several months on investment both with time and monetarily I find out that my superiors and equals on the server had most or all of their investment refunded. I no longer wish to continue with Ucool please delete and credit account in full. The game is far too buggy and superfluously unfair.
Hello. Few days ago I bought a bigger pack of gems than I intended to do. I requested a refund through Google Play but they told me I need to write to you to solve this. It's a big amount of money and I can't afford it so I'm requesting a refund of this transaction. Hello, I've tried contacting ucool support with my question but I was hoping to get my question answered a little faster. I'm playing on iPhone and my app hasn't been able to load for 3 days now. My first thought is to uninstall and reinstall the app but I'm afraid I'll lose all my progress. Gamecenter doesn't show any awards or progress either. But I was lvl 7 vip and had 4-5 3 star heroes and well on the way to getting more. I've been getting the failed to update/connect to the server message for days, I don't see it just turning around and working one day. If I reinstall and lose all my progress will you guys just refund money spent? Or can you send me all my heroes through the mail system on there. I really just want my team back. Please let me know!
