Hello, (sorry i didnt see this thread, just so you know i also posted a new thread for this issue)

I had the Godfather pop up but nothing was showing, so I spent the 100 gems to refresh and make items show up not thinking that items were prob not showing up because the time of the Godfather was prob up and the store should have been gone. Could you please give me back the 100 gems it took from me.

I had 18,156 and am now at 18,056 as of 6:23pm central time U.S.

Pretty self explanatory. Meant to claim the free gold chest and accidentally thumbed the confirmations for 10 gold chests at 2 am -5 gmt.

If this could be rolled back I would greatly appreciate it. No end game player would intentionally waste gems on that so trust me I'm not sandbagging my rewards. I even tried to force close the app mid chests rolling out before me to no avail.

Please get back to me as soon as possible for this, otherwise it may be my breaking point in choosing to ever buy more gems so gracefully.

I bought a bag of gems for 49$ but I forgot there was the special offer with the heroe soul stones and other stuff.

So I just loosed my money in buying a simple bag of gems when I could buy for the same price the special offer.
