I would like to get refund from one server.

Hi i was charged 49.99$ twice, when i only bought it once. When i first purchased it, there was a connection issue and didn't work, or so i thought. But the charge went thorough twice. I would like a refund for this.

Dear Ucool, HC is really a nice game to play. I started at sv60 Naria about 20 days ago and paid about nearly 400$. Unfornuately, I was just a newbie playing alone and had no experience so I used alot of gems in game in wrong ways. And one more reason is that I played alone, so I was really unsatisfied. Luckily, I've invited some of my friends in really life play this game together. We are going to start again from the new server 69. So I really want the refund to start something new with my friends.

Renewal of monthly doubled and seems I didnt get any extension

I just purchased a renewal of my monthy card (2.99$)
on the process of payment I got two messages telling me im already charged 2.99$ each converted to our country's currency and my airtime balance was already deducted. When I tried to log in my heroes charge account I noticed that my monthly VIP days didnt extend it still states 1 day left. Why is that?! Please help me and I want to hear from you soon regarding my refund of the 2nd purchased which I did not attempt to do.

I was charge twice for purchasing once. I purchased the 99.99 bonus gem pack once and recieved once. only got gems once and only got vip worth 3k gems but was charged twice, I would like a refund for the 2nd charge. I do not understand how it happened but was not pleased with my credit card statement.
