How do I change realms?

I have friends playing in the Fortaleza realm and I'm in Granada. I would like to switch to Fortaleza

Click on "Shop" at the lower right side of screen, and then click on the tab "Special." Scroll down, and you will see that the last item is called "Realm Change." Purchase one with 1000 gems and you can then change realms.

I Have realm change I won through the casino but when I try to use it it says I can't us it here
