I'm not forcing anyone to stay in the chat. One of the chat rules is that you are encouraged to leave if you don't find the chat useful but there are still 425 players in there

I agree with Evangeline. One of Archon's rules is to "Minimize spam", but that chat is full of spam, 95%+ messages are pure spam.
No offence, just facts.

I only kicked a handful of players in the two years the chat is active, as I said - I'm not forcing anyone to stay.

Been in this chat for over a year now and it can be an amazing source of information about the game, but really the best part has been all that "spam" it's a great community of people from all over.

Archon's chat is a great community with players from many different servers and guilds. If you seek information about hc you will get them there... but the chat is much more and not silent 90% of the time like other groups. You can chat there with nice people from all over the world and i wouldn't call this spam.

Whoever you guys are you obviously missed the whole sharing of information and advice that has been passed on this chat for the past year or 2 years that is has been running. This is a voluntary group chat. No one forced you to be there. If you broke the rules of moderator then you deserve to be kicked. Don't try to put your own faults on other people. This is probably the best group chat for advice. Even more so than on the forum

I cant say it is bad community. Maybe it is community where are some "kids" playing with father's money, for some people it can be fun to constantly share pictures with 800 Serpent Warlock Soul Stones, et cetera.
Of course there are a lot of normal players, but those "kids" were spamming all the time.
Solution was easy, block some players, it reduced spam. To turn off line alerts was necessary (that was reason I was kicked, I adviced it to one player because of too much spam).
If you want to know next event 30 min earlier than Alendris post it, it has sense for you.
If you want to chat about everything, go there right now.
If you want just some new info about the game, go there and block everyone except Alendris and Archon.
If you want to help with game, some players there can help you.
