    Didn't get gems and ticket (Vip 5)

    Hello Ember:

    This is the first time I notice this problem. As every morning (EU time), I open the game an open the daily events too, and I usually get my tickets and gems, thanks to be VIP player monthly.
    The problem was this morning... I did the same as all days, i clicked in daily tickets and daily gems but they didn't get!!!
    What can I do with this problem?

    No error message, only didn't get sum with the rest of gems and same with tickets.
    Today, I hace clicked and all was OK... problem was only yesterday.

    It could be a bug. Please try re-log the game and see if it works the next time you meet the problem. Thanks. And could you tell us your device model and system version to check please? Thanks.

    Today, it has worked ok. The problem is that lost gems and tickets for 1 day.
    Device is iPhone 6, and system is iOS last version (8.1)
