I don't know if there is any official notification or not. Just check it more often.
Notice would be welcome, other games have this option... Good to now
Last 3 characters I have named with the creation date- they were created when the server created.
Since is 25th today and the weekend is coming I am expecting a new server at weekend and latest time Monday evening( because then will work somebody)

My standard 5 hero has level 12 - out of Stamina.
I have farmed enough to open the fist box:

I will test here the account, leveling with LE, the chest opening rate ... and see how the arena ranking evolve.
This LE is good at Crusade until level 42-45: only if Spell 1 and 3 maxed and spell 2 almost max , if not max.
