On my second account, I just had 0 from 10.
This includes 3 sets of resets, hence 60 gems.
This is beyond frustrating, can someone look into this and get back to me?
If you changed the drop rate, let us know so we don't bother wasting gems on reset. If you didn't change the drop rate, then fix your random generator.
Having 0 from 9 and 0 from 10 in the SAME day is ridiculous.

I think our devs are aiming for long long run in game thats why they make drop rates so low .Anyway Its should be better to get 2ss for each location not 1ss, agree to you guys that we should look for the long run but whats the point if there are so many more alike games rising everyday with good offers and lots lots of discount, would people stay or they would leave??? .Please don't look too far off, look right now in the present, Dota Arena make tons of event on facebook which include Like and Share on Fb, Instagram, Twitter, they have 120000+ like on FB which is nearly 10 time more than us 16000+ .So what now are you gonna start communicating with your leaders and make an active community or you just gonna sit there watch all the other card games take over.
0 out of 6,9,10 runs seems quite "normal"
Since about 3 weeks im farming depth voice ... as i started my stock was 7 ... since 8 days i farm her in two levels.
Now i already got 23 pieces ( omg, i definetly will never summon her, or else it takes months to make her only 3* )
My worst result since now was 14 runs 0 soulstones.
I already hat a couple of time 12 and 13 runs no ss.
I never counted, but i quite often have days i dont get 1 wc ss in 3 x 3 runs.
Also one day i counted 27 runs with a total of 3 ss.
I definetly would reset elite stages ! And would even buy more gems !
But not at these droprates
Now double ss even - i hope its not disappointing like my last time where i spend gems on resetting
I guess the devs just did not expect people would get so easy to 5*
Even now on new servers. I have the feeling the people on new servers are more willing to buy tonsof gems for fastest and best results.

SS drop rate is just a joke, it is all what i can say.
I got no idea what you guys are doing. I hit the raid 3 button for elite levels almost exclusively. 80% of the time I get 1 SS, 15 of the time I get none, and 5% of the time I get two SS from the three attempts.

Maybe becoz all Those updates the last month Something unnoticed has changed in programming.

I'm not sure if this is off topic on this thread, but I would just like to voice my displeasure (call me whiny) about the drops from gold chests. I opened 40 the past day and not ONE three star hero. Not even a three star hero I already currently have (I was hoping to get one of the new three star heroes).
I know many of you have probably had the same experience.. I just wish that players who are willing to spend considerable amounts of money on this game should be rewarded.
In hindsight view... I wish I rather had spent all those gems on farming instead, but as we all know, SS drop rate sucks.
Like the Devs have officially confirmed, drop rate has never been changed without prior notice.
I got 20 SS for Ferryman in a double SS event. 3 elite maps + 3 reset each.
For those who are still confused, this is how drop rate works:
If you got 1 SS after completing an elite you will definitely not get another in the next run. But the chance increases every time you fail until 100% in the 4th run.
It is like: 1st chance = 50% -> you're lucky -> 2nd chance = 0% and 3rd chance = 50% again.
Another example: 1st chance = 50% -> unlucky -> 2nd chance = 50% -> unlucky -> 3rd chance = 80% -> unlucky -> 4th chance = 100% -> got it -> 5th chance = 0% -> 6th chance = 50% and so on.
Note that the above formula goes forever for a specific hero SS. The drop chance does not reset after 5:00AM or reset after you complete 3 chances of an elite stage. This formula continues and applies for all elite stages of the same hero. So after you got 1 SS you will definitely get 0 in the next run, even if you go to different map or wait until the next day.
You can test this and see: Run two chances in an elite stage to see if you get 1 SS at the second try. Save the 3rd. Then go to a different elite stage of the same hero, run two again. If you don't get any this time then come back to the one that you saved before and you may get another SS. You may think that this map gives you 2 SS consecutively but it does not. it is because all maps of the same heroes follow one formula.
The same applies for farming purple/orange items.
So this is the tips: Just press Raid 3. Don't stop when you see 1 SS in the 2nd try although you know the 3rd try will definitely give 0. Waiting until tomorrow does not reset the odds. It only means you lost 1 elite chance.
true to what sothasil said , besides that is still prety hard to get soulstones and prety expensive and the golden chest already bought alot and just low heroes our none , its true that is luck based but its just tooooo much luck based i really hope that the SS drop get a bit better just because of the long run 5stars = 150 days.. half a year to just 1 heroe? kinda slow lol no?
