    "System" Emails Lost When I Changed Realms

    I ported to a new realm yesterday and joined an alliance. Then I noticed I had lost a number of "system" emails. Each email contained a large number of credits. Another system email with a general announcement (no credits attached) remained intact.

    How can I retrieve these missing emails?

    I emailed customer service 7/10 and have gotten no response. I also entered a different request 6/19 and haven't gotten a response. I've gone through the Billing Support link. Is this the correct way to contact customer support? If so, am I just wasting my time?
