Generals and General Scrolls

I collected your soul gems and now I can't use the General scrolls like it says. It says upgrade to unlock general scroll. Well I did that, and I have a ton of general scrolls and I can't do anything with all that because your game is a scam.
Also, it was just announced that new generals are coming, ok, where are they, it would be nice to have them, and in working order.

Has anyone tried to use a skirmish map that was created for Generals with Zero Hour?

Im curious as to whether they are directly compatible OR if you have to load the map into the new WorldBuilder and resave it.
