    * I would be stupid if I visit bank staff and ask her: hey you, why I lost 6 bucks for this, investigate please!. yeah 3 bucks lost and ask for investigate! would anyone do that ?

    We know that you were charged twice. But we must follow our working procedure and get the information or evidence to help confirm and deliver the missing orders. Usually their will be 2 Order IDs if you were charged twice on a since item. But we only have 1 Order ID and still don't have more information so far. And you can also contact iTunes for a $2.99 refund as you were charged twice.

    Currently I only have that PO in my hand (recorded in my iTunes account), if I ask Apple to refund that PO, that means no money from my purchase will go to ucool account (lost money is still lost money - I have no trace). It's ok, I would not be such my-money-is-that-big guy, I just try to deal with ucool if it could be recovered.

    havn't you pressed 2x by mistake the monthly purchase?

    Just I am wondering if you didn't purchase by mistake 2x of the monthly card.

    It shouldn't happent, but the servers are synchronising, flushing buffs. Then can have bugs and inconsistencies. Usually they are scheduled to do at XX:00 , try to make the payment not at the fix hour? - be before or after with 3-5 min for safety.
