    Poor customer service its more than a week and still no reply

    I spent 8k total gems last event.. and I ddnt get my reward I already sent 7 emails and I only got 1 reply asking how many Gold coins should I receive.. then no more reply.. my issue is not that hard though

    Well sometimes I imagine uCool be like 2 college roomies, one is developing/designing and the other is selling/customer support and they only open their mails in restroom. I love this game but this is the worst community/customer support I've ever seen.
