Stolen Accounts, but no reaction

Now it is like this: I had another account, created with an existing real Email Adress, which was made for gaming here. This account got stolen. And I have notice of at least two other stolen accounts.

Try to receive a new password via the registered Email. The promised Link mail never came. Mailed the account Admins: Nothing.
uCool has at least one criminal player and does not even care.

Do I have any chance of an official reaction from uCool? Do I have to hire a lawyer for a reaction?

As I have a similar Problem and got no reaction, even not via mailing an Forum Admin here, my recommendatoin is this:

Train some Fighter planes in real life (if you can, I can not) and attack the main headquarter of Ucool. It seems this is the only way to get a reaction.

Sorry, I cannot train Fighter planes either, but I doubt if such an attack would bring a reaction. Of course we could time the attack in such a way, that we would kill nobody.
But there must someone coming to work to that headquarter after the attack. As this is seemingly not the case (otherwise we would get a reaction) they would not even notice a destroy of their headquarter.

We have to think of something else.

You must be aware the Ucool have given up on this game, the promised updates were never fully done. they dont respond on forum,via facebook or to mails.. now you must rush to play their iphone game heroes charge where they regularly do updates and quickly respond to mails, they even provide compensation for when problems arise.

Evony will not assist you to regain your account. Darkjustice from TLN alliance in realm 7 stole my original account Rapee, ported it other realms ( in realm 2 currently) renamed my account ( currently ~Nemesis~) and Evony support does nothing to rectify the issue. Once Darkjustice gained control of my primary email he gained control of my account Rapee.
My advice is to never share your logs as I will never do again. I have all my Paypal deposits since March of 2014 to prove Rapee is mine, I even have mails from Darkjustice himself stating its mine. Evony doesn't do anything. I probably should look to Paypal to back charge Ucool..maybe that would get their attention.

I think the only thing you get via backcharge is a suspension of the account that the purchases apply to. If it is stolen it may be an option just to make it unusable for a thief. The only thing I am glad about is this: I never coined. After the experience I made with Ucool, this company does not deserve coiners.
