    Hello I would like a refund on my account. I have only played this game for a few short weeks but have been severely disappointed in the amount of bugs/issues any time Ucool updates the games.

    I have been playing this game regardless from bugs and so on but i am really tired of the bugs and glitches
    Also the game has no improvement for veterian spenders and low on luck issues. ı want refund of my all gem purchases except monthly ones.

    Also its quite unfair that uCool refund some of the earlier and late server players purchases but not the ones who coudnt applied on rigth time

    Full Refund

    Dear uCool,

    I have come to the realization after playing your game for a few weeks, that you suddenly changed your refund policy. I have purchased many gems (knowing that I will be able to refund it at any time, not to continue playing, but at least get my money back). I am demanding a full refund for all of my purchases and wish to have my account removed completely.

    Unfortunately I disagree with your new policy and think players should be able to get full refunds at any time, and have their characters removed (Not be able to play again in any server is a good idea). This gives the option of refunds as a very last resort. I know you are a good company so you will take the time to think about it.

    Thanks in advance and hope to get a quick response for further talk.

    lol and that would be ur own problem. Policies change everytime. Dont give that bullshit "i buy alot bcus i know i can have a full refund ANYTIME". Note the caps. Which game can provide players w full refunds tell me. And yea FULL refunds. So yeah, u get it. They dont need ur view on ur agreement to their policies or not. You bought the gems, u had fun, that's it. Idc what mistakes u made in the game that makes u decide that u wanna quit but refunds arent happening anymore. Gj dumbas.

    It has nothing to do with mistakes made in the game (I made none, and I'd keep playing if the policy was still like before). The problem is with the option. When you buy a t-shirt, you go back home and you wear it (knowing you can return it within 30 days). Most people don't, but sometimes you do. Having that option is very important in a supplier-consumer relationship. I understand your frustration because there are many people who abuse this system, but that is a different story. There can be different measures to take care of abuse. I have only been playing here for 2 weeks, I should be able to get my money back.

    Yeap and now their policies change. Nth u can do. policies can be changed anytime without prior notice .

    Of course they can, and I am even for it. The problem is already-registered users. The new policy should be enforced with the accordingly new users who agree to it. When I "Signed Up", the policy I agreed to was different than the one it is currently. From what you're saying, uCool can come tomorrow and say "New Policy: All new AND current users have to pay $10/month to continue playing, otherwise the account will be deleted." See what I mean?

    There are ways to deal with these people. Changing the policy to "No refunds no matter what" is not the solution - it's running away from the problem. Changing the policy to "Once-in-a-lifetime full refund available to all users within 30 days of creating an account, after which no refunds will be allowed" - is a much better change, in my opinion.

    Either way, I am asking for my money back because when I signed up, the policy was different. I didn't even know the forums existed until yesterday - and there was no in-game message telling me about a change in the refund policy. So I didn't even know. Thanks for your time to answer me

    I agree the change in refund policy suddenly was a complete 180. I'm sure there are many people, myself included, who probably spent more than they normally would knowing they could get a refund if it didn't turn it to be enjoyable. I believe they should allow refund for anything spent before the policy change along with account closure this would be the only fair way to go for those who spent money while the old policy was in place.

    Can i get full refund too?

    It seem like most of players just got their refund and start over on the new server when RNG god didn't stay with them when they rolled gold chests.

    From that scenario, i feel unfair for me that i've spent on 2 servers and didn't get refund like what other ppl are doing. I feel like they can get free gems while i (and some other players) got cheated by Ucool policy.

    All of my purchased are 1306.65$ on both server that i've played [Server 19 - ID : 3270985] and [Server 21 - ID : 3499365]

    Hi, I am disappointed in how the issue with the double items / soul stone bug was handled and would like to request for a full refund.

    I really enjoy the game and wish to start over on a new server.
