There are ways to deal with these people. Changing the policy to "No refunds no matter what" is not the solution - it's running away from the problem. Changing the policy to "Once-in-a-lifetime full refund available to all users within 30 days of creating an account, after which no refunds will be allowed" - is a much better change, in my opinion.
Either way, I am asking for my money back because when I signed up, the policy was different. I didn't even know the forums existed until yesterday - and there was no in-game message telling me about a change in the refund policy. So I didn't even know. Thanks for your time to answer me
