    This is a business. If a company advertises a full refund on anything anytime before they take money than they have to give it on anything anytime. Every thing else is fraud.

    Exactly this.

    People buy VIP 11+ and after a month some people are on the same level with them. I can understand when they want a refund.

    Hi ucool.
    I've played this game for almost 2 months. It's still have many bug and hack cheat. So I want to refund my account, and look forward a new server when everything stable.

    You don't want to argue with me over the refund.
    Even until now, I had enough communication and debate with the Devs about issues.
    They never came to a reasonable remedy for resolving issues.
    They don't even communicate sometimes and just leave you alone out there in the dark.
    I don't write them stupid non-sense questions or love letters at all.
    I tried to communicated them with talks that are specific with game publishing matters.

    Even until now, I haven't seen a proper reaction at all.

    Lastly, It is ucool's refund policy and other players asked for that already.
    Plus, in real mobile game publishing business world, there are so many cases
    where users put charge backs for the purchases made 3 months ago and works.
    I just follow the refund policy and I want to leave for good. I don't want to waste
    my time and energy for making claims or argues with the developer anymore.

    That are from 1 month ago (6 on 1 day alone) which for me is an unreasonable request (regardless of how the policy is worded), and then he has others;


    Which all date WITHIN a 2 week period. This is a reasonable time frame.

    With regards to it being unbalanced, as I say, id love a screen shot please as proof, saying is one thing, but why not be the first person to benefit heavily from a bug and show everyone your in game name etc and ask for ucool to sort your account ?

    Dosnt matter if ppl wanna go on other servers, disklike bug handling or just dont wanna play anymore. Its just relevant.

    I also asked for a refund on my purchases just couse i realized this game drains a lot of my time. I did spend some money couse i knew i can get it back.

    Now after i made a request via ingame support i get this mail from ucool:

    Would be nice if a mod could contact me via pn and sort this stuff.

    Short feedback:

    1. Ask for refund in this forum + support ticket ingame.
    2. Get reply on my email address with a positive answer (1 day after refund request)
    3. Get complete refund of my VIP 12 + Account suspention for the whole Google Account (no "reset").

    This whole process take only 2 days.

    i also get my refund as well and of course account terminated.

    Feel free to reply or not to as you see fit.

    I wasn't arguing with you, I was making a point to Santa, and used your post as an example of my opinion as it happened to have both what I personally think is a reasonable and unreasonable request.

    Yes I understand there are people that do charge backs. I also believe that these kind of people should be prosecuted for fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
    Again though these are my opinions, I'm not asking anyone to be of the same opinion as me, but at the same time, like I am able to do, it would be nice if people are able to see both sides of the fence.

    I have to say you are lucky then. I contacted them over a week ago and still haven't heard anything. So them getting yours done in a couple days is good to hear.

    I've seen other people comment on here saying that ucool would not refund them, and I just wonder why. They cannot decline a refund as I have already spoken with google play about this and if they do then they breach the policy with google play and google will remove them from the app store and take legal action. So I come to believe a lot of people were hackers or didn't even realize that they were on an apple device and need to contact apple.
